Notice is hereby given that the Sessional General Meeting of the Hong Kong Polytechnic Electrical and Electronic Engineering Alumni Association will be held on Friday, 5 October 2007 7:00pm at 3/F, Mariners¡¦ Club, Middle Road, Kowloon, for the following purpose:
To approve the minutes of last Sessional General Meeting held on 9 Sep 05.
To receive the 2005/2007 HKPEEEAA Session Report.
To receive and endorse the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31 July 2007.
To nominate and invite Honorary President and Advisors
To appoint Auditor for the 2007/2009 session
To elect the 2007/2009 Executive Committee
